Well, my Dad was having none of it, so I put it out of my mind. I went forth and got “jobs” to have an income. About 10 years later, after a pivotal, eye-opening experience. (I may tell you about it if you sit in my chair) I registered for beauty college.

 

That was over 30 years ago. I STILL love my career. I love all the ways things evolve and change. After all this time, it’s still exciting for me! Educating myself on the latest techniques is what keeps me inspired, motivated, and fills my soul.

 

 One of the things I joke with my friends about is that I will write a book called “Breaking  The Code.” Everyone has their own special way of describing what their hair is doing or how they want their hair to be, including hand movements and swishing noises. You'll find I ask A LOT of questions! I want to make sure I know exactly what you want before I get started. All I want is to make you feel beautiful and confident.
